Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping anywhere in the U.K. is free. For international deliveries please email for carriage charges.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 3 working days . International orders are generally received within 10 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and VAT will be deducted before despatch
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

By ordering this item you confirm that you are the owner or keeper of livestock. In order for us to verify you are a livestock farmer, please supply us with your Holding Number and Flock Number. You may receive a telephone call so that we can confirm the order, please ensure that we have your contact details, a mobile telephone number is always helpful. We reserve the right not to supply any medicine at our own discretion. If you make a false statement to this effect this may lead to criminal prosecution and either a fine or imprisonment if convicted.

Information regarding the application and use of products supplied is available on request in accordance with Section 6 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. All goods are supplied on the condition that we cannot be held responsible if they are used for any other purpose than that specified by the manufacturer.
